Phoebe is kind at heart, would do anything for her family, funny and loves having fun. She doesn't let anything stand in the way; if she wants something, she goes and gets it. Phoebe stands up for what she believes and doesn't back down at fight. She is tough on the outside but on this inside she's just a loving, caring person.

Phoebe (Pheebs) Halliwell was born into a family of witches and has been practicing magic since she could walk. Her first vanquish was at the age of 6; she vanquished a low level demon with a potion. She has a history of being able to make very high quality potions and be able to write effective spells. She is an Advice Columnist at 'The Daily Mirror'. She recently broke up with her ex- boyfriend, Drake. They were together for 3 and a 1/2 years before he was vanquished by an upper level demon. Phoebe has 3 sisters, a brother, 3 nephews and 3 nieces who she would do anything for.

I sigh as i walk in my front door. How can this be? I never have trouble writing my column. I wish i could just tell people what happened to Drake and then maybe my boss would understand why I'm going through a hard time at the moment. But i just have to push on. My jaw drops immediately when i walk into the kitchen and see Paige cooking.
"Something isn't right here," I say to Paige with a smile. She smiles back but continues cooking.
"I just thought that Piper does so much cooking for us I thought I should do something in return, even if i suck at cooking," she says with a slight giggle.
"Yeah but you know she likes cooking for us," I say.
"True...Ok so maybe there is one other reason I'm cooking," says Paige. I knew it.
"Ok so spill," i say curiously.
