Anne Halliwell

She is the adopted daughter of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt and adopted sister of Wyatt,Chris, and Melinda. Prefers to go by Anne so as not to get confused with the infamous ancestor.

History: Over the years of being the Charmed Ones Piper & her sisters have met many witches along the way and stayed in touch with a few of them. One of them was Melinda's mom and father who was human. The mother of Anne happened to be Ava one of the first witches that the Charmed Ones ever met. Though staying touch here and their Ava never really got to catch up and meet with them. After Ava's experience with magic she decided to keep it to a minimum incase of a demon to attack but to live a normal life. Once the accident happened, through other witches Ava kept in contact with Piper was told of being named the godmother and if her nad her sisters would be willing to adopt her. After agreeing Anne has been living with Piper Leo and their family in the Manor since.


Personality: Though she does have some memories of her own mother, having been raised by the sisters and specifically Piper Anne feels like they are her family and Piper is her mom. Though not biological daughter everyone could swear that Anne was since Piper and Anne look like mother and daughter. Anne also has a lot of similar mannerisms and expressions as her mother which leads to being called by the nicknames of Pippa or Pippy from family as a shorten form of Piper to represent "mini Piper". Anne values family, but unlike Piper and more like her aunts Phoebe and Paige she got a curiosity streak that if something interests her or grabs her attention she can't let it go. She can be stubborn and will argue until she wins or people value her point and see that it has significant value to whatever discussion/argument/problem going on. Also finds helping innocents something she can't turn away from and feels guilty if she wasn't able to save them.

Face Claim: Kimberly J. Brown Anyone you recognizes her its because she played Marnie Piper in the Halloweentown Disney channel movies. She was also in Stephen King miniseries Rose Red, and the movie Bringing Down the House with Steve Martin and Queen Latifah.
