Alex rushed in to the room, after leaving Paige and Alisha to heal, Piper and Kevin. He heard from Alisha's dad that the kids are in trouble. Alex has decided to protect them at all costs.

He looked around the room, the kids were sleeping, there was no-one here. He sat down and kept close watch on the kids, looking around now and then. Watching and waiting to see if demons were coming.

Alex wondered if everyone was still in the apartment. He was tired. Not sleeping for a while and time-travelling, is not a good combination. He was struggling to keep his eyes open. They were even starting to water with tiredness.

He had to protect the kids just in case, but he was so tired. 'No!' Alex thought. He must stay awake and make sure that the kids are safe.

But what about everyone else? Are they still here?

Alex got off the seat and moved over to the door and reached out for the handle. He stopped himself however. He couldn't leave the kids unprotected. Alex turned on his heels and sat back down on the chair he just removed himself from.

Billie walked into the room and took a seat in a chair near Alex, "You probably should go ahead and take a little nap, you're no good protectinng anyone being exhausted." She said as she taped her forehead and gave him a face, "You're not the only telepath," she said, "although its nice to know that you got my power, son." Billie looked at Alex wondering how he'd react to her figuring out who he was, although putting two and two together had become a specialty to her.

Alex froze. Billie had just found out who he really is. Alex started to worry, he was worrying that she might now risk her life to save his. And Alex couldn't allow that. He needs to protect the kids and her firstly and the rest secondly. But it wasn't just a bad thing, now Billie knows that she is his mother, they can bond, like they were never able to in the future. He then smiled.

"How did you find out? I didn't think I was that obvious. Sensei Walker is going to be mad. He taught me trade craft and to control my emotions and thoughts better than this. You should not have been able to make me that quickly." Alex laughed, his eyes looking at his mother to see a smiling face looking back at him.

"Are you sure? What if something happens when I take a quick rest?" Alex continued, starting to get worried again.

Billie smirked, "Well, you obviously picked up a few family appearance traits, not to mention your powers and your desire to protect this family in particular, plus," she said reached over and ruffling his hair, "if I'm right, you're birthday has already passed considering you've already been born in this time." She smiled and hugged him quickly, "I won't tell anyone if you don't want me to," she said nodding at him, "now rest."

Alex smiled.

"Okay, but I will sleep in here because if you need me, you can just quickly run over here and wake me up." Alex said, whilst trying to find a comfortable position on the chair.

It took him a while to get comfortable enough, but once he did, he went to sleep very shortly after.

Billie smiled and walked over kissing her son's head as she walked over to the window and took a look outside.
